Executive and Administrative Offices

Office Of Human Resources
The office of Human Resources is charged with representing the employer in administering, monitoring, and ensuring equitable and consistent treatment of all employees. The office is also charged with providing strong leadership to aid the organization in developing meaningful personnel strategies to improve and maintain a quality workforce.

Fiscal Services
Fiscal Services is responsible for the oversight and direction of the financial management of Swanson Center. The department maintains the overall accounting functions of the Center and is responsible for budgeting, billings, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, forecasting, property maintenance an management, and resource management.

Quality Improvement (QI) and Health Information Management (HIM)
The quality improvement function as Swanson Center is designed to provide continuous evaluation of Center operations with the goal of improving processes involved in provision of clinically effective, cost-efficient mental health and administrative support services.

Health Information Management (HIM) service maintains, controls and supervises the use and storage of the Center’s medical records and provides transcription services for clinical evaluations and discharge summaries. The purpose of the HIM department is to provide support and expertise in developing and implementing clinical record keeping practices.

Management Information Services
This service is responsible for the management and use of computer-based systems and computer-based data for Swanson Center. The main responsibilities are to manage, process and use information as a resource in the organization. The mission of MIS is to inform managers and meet reporting requirements as defined by the Division of Mental Health (DMH) and third party payers.
