SUMMARY:
As a member of a multidisciplinary team, Clinical Social Workers perform key client services such as client intakes; treatment and discharge planning; individual, group, and family therapy; follow-up activities; and an array of other tasks within the scope of recognized treatment modalities.
QUALIFICATIONS/DEGREE:
Must possess a Master of Social Work degree or any other degree that meet the standards for Indiana licensure as a clinical social worker or mental health counselor. An Indiana LCSW or LMHC is strongly preferred. Must possess a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and a registered four-wheeled vehicle.
