SUMMARY:As a member of the Access Center team, the Engagement Specialist performs a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, engagement, orientation to services, referral, assessment and screenings, crisis intervention, skills training, outreach, advocacy, and standard case management tasks. These tasks may also include coordination with other agencies, hospitals, health providers, schools, courts, and community resources.QUALIFICATIONS/DEGREE:Associates degree or two to five years equivalent in the health care industry or in a comparable patient account or enrollment position preferred. High school diploma or equivalency required. Must obtain and maintain Indiana Navigator certification and Indiana Application Counselor certification. SUMMARY:The Peer Recovery Specialist is an active member of the Passages Program and/or Outpatient Therapy Program and provides peer support services to clients with addiction and/or serious mental illness.  Under the supervision of the manager of the Passages Program and/or manager of Outpatient therapy services, the Peer Recovery Specialist will function as a role model to peers; exhibiting competency in personal recovery and use of coping skills; serve as a consumer advocate, providing consumer information and peer support for clients.  The primary focus of a Peer Recovery Specialist is maintained support in the recovery process.  The Peer Recovery Specialist performs a wide range of tasks to assist peers of all ages in gaining independence within the community and mastery over their own recovery process.QUALIFICATIONS/DEGREE:Candidates must have lived experience receiving mental health or substance use treatment.  Candidates must be in recovery for a minimum of one year, have a high school diploma or equivalent.  Prefer for candidates to be Certified Peer Support Specialists.  Prefer for candidates to have experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams.  Candidates must have strengths in the following areas: organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills in working with diverse populations.  Candidates must also support a commitment to public health approaches, community collaboration, and client empowerment.

This person is responsible for providing supervised health services, record keeping for compliance with third-party payers, and client assistance as directed by the Nurse Manager.QUALIFICATIONS/DEGREE: Must have graduated from a two-year clinical program. SUMMARY:This position performs a variety of responsible activities as a member of a child and adolescent team such as but not limited to; case management duties in the areas of intake, treatment planning, individual, family, and group skills training and development, discharge planning, follow-up care and per qualifications.  Responsible for case management of clients assigned or referred for treatment by DCS. This may also include consultation and coordination with other agencies including schools, juvenile probation, courts, Division of Family and Children Services and other child caring services. QUALIFICATIONS/DEGREE:Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a health related field. As a member of a child & adolescent team, working in both office and school-based settings, clinical social workers and mental health counselors perform key client services such as client intakes; treatment and discharge planning; individual, group, and family therapy; follow-up activities; and an array of other tasks within the scope of recognized treatment modalities.QUALIFICATIONS:Must possess a Master’s degree in social work or a behavioral health field and be licensed or licensable as an Indiana clinical social worker (LCSW) or mental health counselor (LMHC). The added credential of an LCAC is preferred. LSW’s and LMHC-A’s are strongly preferred among candidates not possessing optimal licensure. Summary:

Case Managers perform a variety of clinical tasks such as conducting client intakes, participating in treatment and discharge planning, executing treatment plans, performing individual and group services, and ensuring that clients receive necessary follow-up care and assistance.We currently have positions available within these departments: Addictions, Adults, Child & Adolescence, Families, and Mobile Crisis. 

Qualifications/Degree:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Addictionology, or a health related field with at least two years of post-degree experience working in behavioral health. Prior service in a community mental health center is preferred.
