
SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of routine clerical duties related to answering phones, providing POD/Support Team coverage when needed, enrolling clients, collection of demographic information, tracking paperwork flow, assisting staff and clients and other duties pertinent to the operation of a major program at both Michigan City and LaPorte locations.
QUALIFICATIONS/DEGREE:
Minimum high school education required and one year additional education/experience preferred. Must be knowledgeable of general office procedures, recent call center experience, proficient computer skills, appointment scheduling for multiple providers and have standard office equipment skills. Must have a congenial personality and communicate well. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
